No student loans = painful death for the tax dodgers

    therefore:

No students = nice quiet bars in Manchester and the ability to get a drink the from bar without waiting for half an hour

    therefore:

Stuart and friends are happier when out drinking (not Stella!)

I'll have you know I paid over £200 in tax in 4 months last summer ;D Then the EU went and gave me a non-repayable grant of £1700, which was awfully nice of them I feel. When I spend it I think of poor Polish sweatshop labourers paying their taxes so the EU can keep me beered up ;D;D;D

UEA I think you'll find most of that money comes from the British tax payer as we pay the most into the EU.

Actually I also got a grant out of the blue from the EU of about £300 when I was at Uni. I'm paying it back indirectly in my taxes now!

We don't pay the most. My froggie friends over here and the krauts just over the river top that league!

My course isn't as easy as others either, doing business but always have something on the go whether its a test or coursework.

roughly about 6 lectures and 6 seminars a week, ranging from 9am to 6pm. Not a lot I know but we have at least 1 exam every 2 weeks and have about 10 courseworks this year, already done 4.

In my last year at Uni I had 3 hours a week. 2 on one day and 1 on another. I enjoyed those 5 days I had off.....:)

I'm a geeky loser and go in 9-5 every day, even if I don't have anything (9-4 is on WFCForums [JOKE!])

The best bit was my housemate had to be in Uni everyday at 9am. He wasn't too pleased that I got to lie in all week! Ahhh blissful days of sleep and beer....

lol, na its usually lecture then 5 hour break which entails going to the gym, canteen, wfc forums then going round to someones flat to play pro evo. Then I get home and work for hours doing coursework, why don't I just do it at uni?
