    I guess that is the question. Would we rather get in the playoffs and lose to Luton or not make the playoffs at all? I could live with one of those scenarios.

    I was looking back at our older seasons and this almost brought a tear to the eye.

    Six losses all season, 3 home, 3 away heaviest loss was 2-0. What a great season that was. Not sure we will ever team as united as we did then, ok maybe not completely united but they all worked above themselves. It was the three really great seasons with little change to the squad as a whole and even though we got battered in the Prem, we never gave up. Leicester away was memoriable for one thing even if we did lose.

    I guess in the context of this thread, I am positive we can one day have a squad that cared for the badge as they did then.

    Lots of room for positivity- we are near the end of the season. But the huge positive is Gary Lineker back on MOTD. Don’t know what I would have done if he hadn’t returned

    Whatever happens to Watford is irrelevant because Linekar is single-handedly defending the free world against despotism without leaving the confines of his computer .

    Am expecting the bedrooms of students the world around to be replacing their Che Guevara posters with pictures of Jug Ears as we speak .
