It sounds to me that there may have been a deal fallen through this week as it sounded like we were due to make a signing very early this week from SD,s comments last week in the WO.

As for all of the supposed ITK people on here they are propably in the middle of the school hoildays and have to much time to play with !

Hollywood and Kane have been very reliable sources of information on here. It's impatient people like you who, over time will deter the people who actually are 'ITK', from posting and sharing what they know with the members of this forum. They could quite happily just keep it to themselves, but they don't.

Patience. Not even the club would be able to tell you that if they wanted to.

 

I love all this ITK stuff. It's still pretty much rumours until confirmed (not taking away anything from you guys)

 

I have been a member of the site for years I look most days as it is a pretty fun site buthas a few idiots who take it way to serious and jump all over some posts
In short this site is fun and a good way to get other members views but a source of reliable ITN info it is not.

And agreed that's not what this forum about, information is not out in a public domain for a reason. Just what I do know, that i'm allowed to share and I know is 100 percent accurate, I will post on here to try excite other fans, stop them worrying about us signing **** like Mellor, and look the dogs *******s if it comes off. In line with with what Chris said, not rumours as such, but yeah till confirmed anything can happen and the deal can break down. We've probably had offers accepted, then the deal break down, for more players than that we've actually signed this summer. Enjoy the forum for discussion and take "ITK" information with a pinch of salt, even if its totally accurate.

 

I'm totally up for you guys to spout off what you know, or try to entice some sort of debate. It can be quite fun unless people start linking us to Mellor or Priskin.

Kane, Hollywood et al, please don't be put off by those who doubt that you do actually know something is going down, further more don't get offended by those that question you - we have already lost one (probably lots more as well) valued contributor to this site in PYA, we don't want to lose any others.

If the deal doesn't come to fruition I for one will not be beating down your door, asking what went wrong... It will all come out in the wash, just wish it would happen soon...

 

I'm more than happy for 'ITK' people to post what they can as and when. We can all take it with a pinch of salt or believe, its our own choice.

Personally, I would rather feel positive that things are happening behind the scenes with targets that will excite most of us than worry about us resigning players like Danny Webber or bidding for the Neil Mellors of this world !!

Agree with most of this. I think most of us learn over a period of time who to rely on for ITK info. Personally, one of the reasons I do come on hear is to keep an eye on posts from the likes of Hollywood, kane and bubble.

Unfortunately though I disagree about pya, back in the days of the old official site he was a legendary poster but for me lost his way with the russo's. Had a new board member come out with the stuff he has over the last couple of years they would have been treated like a troll or a wum.

 

Anytime there are enquiries for players, then there must be a certain number of people ITK.

It makes sense that they demonstrate that they are ITK by telling us what they know, but without given away how they are ITK, lest they won’t be ITK any longer. This will inevitably mean that others not ITK will be jealous of the fact that they are not ITK and will deride those in ITK for telling us what they know.

Personally I am not ITK, but I know that if someone says they are ITK then I will listen to what they say until I know otherwise.

So keep posting!

Hold on a minute, Pads did a lot of work on here running competitions and informing people of what he knew only for it to be thrown back in his face and people to make stupid comments or antics, me included, that make their lives harder.

The thing you've got to remember is nobody gets paid to run this site; run cometitions or tell people what they know, or start debates on here and we've all got our on jobs to get on with. With out the likes of Pads, Meister etc this site wouldn't even exist.

So if you think we're better off without them then you might aswell turn the lights off on your way out

 

I miss PYA. Having met him once - obviously a very nice, informed and humorous guy. That being said, once he started in the Russos I found his posts increasingly difficult to follow. His earlier posts showed him to be a very competent writer but the later posts had me wondering what language he was posting in.

 

He was clearly on the wind up because everyone took the bait.
As for who's signing, why should we doubt people who've proven themselves in the past? We know for a fact that Hollywood and Kane have involvements in the club in some way or another. So I wouldn't doubt that something is imminent. My betting would be on Jamie Murphy from Motherwell in all seriousness.

 

Not Jamie Murphy but that'd be good, nothings particularly imminent, we're at a stage where something COULD happen any day, but it's more likely it will be after the West Ham game. We know who we want.

 

Has a bid been accepted and we're talking with the player? I quite like this game. Makes a change to slating everyone constantly.

 

problem being, its a very dangerous game.....could make or break a signing if it gets out we are after him....more than likely break, if not up the market value to a higher value than what we have bid.

Not just that, the person(s) that have trusted people on here to keep their mouths quiet for now, are not very likely to inform again in the future.

I would be happy if this player signs for us. Please just be patient.

All I'm saying is that he was doing some sort of competition about 'orns and I think it was Ron Burgandy or WFCthroughand through was just joking around and Paddington went bananas, for no reason from what I can see. Maybe he had a bad day at work or the missus had a go at him not emptying the dishwasher but I thought his outburst was a little uncalled for frankly. I didn't appreciate those comments he made. I'm also rather sure that whoever it was that tipped him over the edge apologised.

I do appreciate the people that run this site, but let's be honest, it's not like this place is any worse without him is it? Was he an admin or something?
