Just vexes me the sheer amount of managers we seem to get through it isn’t normal that’s for sure. With the exception of our defence I like the balance of our side. With a firing Sarr, Joao and the unit in Davis I think we have a lot to be hopeful for. Can’t help but feel bad for Edwards and hope his replacement comes up trumps. Maybe catch up at the Luton game

It wasn’t even normal when we used to dispense with a coach after a season, but at least that actually worked. It’s certainly not at all normal to be going through 2/3/4 coaches a season every season, especially when it clearly doesn’t work.

Just liked the idea of a home grown up and coming manager with the ‘stick with you motto’ attached to it that got me that’s all. Didn’t mean the forum is a shambles I like it

Trouble is none of them have been fit at the same time and the defensive issues outweigh those potential attack advantages.

We are also relying on Louza coming back too to be a star in midfield but he hasn’t played for months so will need time to get match fit etc .

Maybe it’s the medical department we needed to look at rather than just blaming and sacking managers.

Fair point. The frailty in defence is a worry could do with a Nigel Gibbs there

My view is that if one of our myriad managers could get the attack REALLY firing the defensive problems would be much less of an issue, particularly in the Championship, and we could follow the GT approach of "we'll score one more than you".

Rumours that it’ll be with the bodies of all former Pozzo-employees hidden underneath are as yet unconfirmed…

Gino clearly runs every aspect of the club and does whatever the hell he likes. Would going through 3 or 4 coaches a season not suggest to you that you're doing something wrong? That maybe you should either change your ways or get some assistance from someone with better judgement? His sheer arrogance and stubbornness is dragging this club through the mud. Anyone who still supports Gino Pozzo clearly cannot give two sh!ts about Watford FC.

Useless fact of the day. Watford have now had more managers under the Pozzo’s than West Ham have had in their history.

And 12 places above us in the pyramid - it’s living the dream in Stratford. They did have a spell of six managers in five years from 2006. But only five in last ten years.

Could say we were lucky to win the games we did but deserved more in some of the games we didn’t.

I'd like to add my collected and measured opinion on Gino.

Just get the eff out of this club you incompetent narcissistic tosser. You make Bojo seem competent.

I’ve had a gut full now. I can’t bear to watch anymore. Gino, do the decent thing now, admit your playbook for success no longer works and sell the club to someone else. For success the club, management, players and fans all need to be together. With you at the helm it’s never going to be that again. Be sensible, sell up and go for the good of the club. Don’t let it crumble around you anymore than it has done

Only way to make the **** listen is to make a stand. Don’t go to one game - let’s get the stands empty

They’ll just count you as being there if you have a ST in the overall attendance..

I have a ticket in the SEJ for *****.
    Front row.
I'm happy to run onto the pitch and hurl myself at the feet of Kabasele a la the suffragette lady, Emily Davison at the 1913 Derby.
I will wait twenty minutes for Kabs to see me and then shuffle off.
Alternatively I can use one of our old bed sheets for an enormous "Pozzo Out" banner, using a black string stencil pen?

Can’t even burn our STs and throw them on the pitch as it’s all on our phone. And I need the phone for work

I'm happy to sacrifice a bedsheet.
Mr IBB doesn't know where the washing machine is,so he'll never know!
I still have a season card, would make a great missile!
