Agree. You don't get many chances to get 6+ goals against Manure, especially at Old Trafford. You would have thought they'd really go for it now.

I’ve been convinced for quite a while that United are only keeping OGS on in a vein hope that it’ll work in their favour in getting Haaland next summer given they supposedly are close.

What they are ignoring is OGS will run them into the ground to such an extent that Haaland won’t even look at them.

United extended the contracts of two of his assistants just a couple of weeks ago. Not really a move from a club that is considering the managers position.

If OGS hadn’t previously been a United player or have links to Haaland, he’d be out of a job, I’m certain of that. Neville, Keane, SAF - all people who could sway the club into acting, have been loath to criticise him too much because of their relationship with him. If they started to publicly call for his head, he’d go.

His past protects him and is blinding the club in terms of progressing.

Interesting looking at the stats, it was nowhere near as one-sided as against us last week possession and shots-wise but Liverpool are just really clinical. Salah imperious again, with a hat-trick and an assist. It just shows unless you’re Chelsea or Man City, if you’re not up to it throughout, this Liverpool team will destroy you.
