Rumours are rife that snake has finally been sacked. Arteta to take over apparently.

Its all over the BBC comments too. Aparently TalkSport confirmed it also.

Nothing yet. It's imminent though - the chances of him being in our charge for our next game are tiny

When he leaves be sure to give him the double V sign. One from your lot and a final parting message from us.

    Everton's next 6 fixtures:

    Leicester A
    Liverpool A
    Chelsea H
    Man Utd A
    Leicester H
    Arsenal H

Whoever comes in will have a tough time. May as well keep Snake in his job as Everton will probably lose the lot anyway.

Weirdly enough, his record is much better (or at least was last season) in these kind of games. Still, I think most of us are assuming we will be in or close to the bottom three by the time January comes around. To be fair, we are missing almost our entire midfield and better managers than Silva would struggle in those circumstances, but you don't get to lose 2-0 at home to the bottom side in the league ever.

Even we beat Norwich and we've not won since the Titanic was afloat.

A chap at West Herts asked me on Saturday if I would wear 'Marco' when we play them at home.
I did say there won't be any point and so it seems.

Oh...good post. I didn't know L*t&n were in the bottom three now, thought they were 4th from bottom. Good point for Boro. That's cheered me up no end.

Yes unfortunately only on GD. Boro were 2 up but then had a player sent off and only drew in the end. Stoke will pull away, Wigan will go down, so fingers crossed for Barnsley, Wigan and L**** to be the 3 that drop....

According to SSN, Moshiri wants Eddie Howe. So Bournemouth will be the next victims of the Everton owner's repeated approaches. Bournemouth better get their Cease and Desist order ready.

Everton fan as well isn’t Howe? Ever since his days on the Vicarage Road terrace, the glory hunting weirdo.

I hope he does go to Everton, as that will totally derail Bournemouth. He'd probably take Wilson with him as well.

Really hope Howe doesn't go there, he's actually a decent manager who with the right backing financially, could do very well. Much prefer to see Everton suffer for a while longer if possible!

I agree with the sentiments but it's better for us for bournemouth to be shagged than everton.

Most Everton fans wouldn't be keen on Howe. I'd be absolutely fine with him. The fact that Bournemouth are a midtable Premier League team is a taken-for-granted miracle, and he plays decent football. The fact he was an Everton fan as a kid means nothing TBH.

My money says it's Moyes who is in charge for the Leicester game at the weekend though :(

Silva looked like a broken man when that Leicester goal got given. What a shame. Not sure if they'll sack him before or after their next few fixtures.
