Why the negativity? More goals than Deeney. 5 goals and 2 assists in a pretty rubbish Hull team. Would be our best attacking force at this current point.
Yet nobody had said why? Great set pieces, can cross the ball, can finish, will run his heart out. Didn't know he wasn't rated. Fair enough!
Glad to see we have the luxury of dismissing effective players just because they're a bit ****y. We must really have made it big.
We lack home grown players, creative players and goal scorers. He fits all three and I would have him if he was cheap. He puts in a shift and would immediately be ready to hit the ground running. However, he isn't good enough to be a long term solution, so I'm not that fussed either way.
Agreed, and he scores GOLES, but there's zero chance of Hell letting him leave I'd have though so it's probably all academic
I fancy matching deeney's current goal return. In fact with Nnnnn playing off me I reckon we could match Deeney and Ighalo.
Why would he switch one relegation battle for another? He'll probably end up at Celtic or Newcastle...
Bet Big Sam gets him in at Palace and him and Benteke will be his new Carrol and Nolan. I'd more than welcome him here, think he's a very handy player.
And a pointless one at that, because there's a 99% chance that these will never happen. Any suggestions should be kept to one thread.
If true, yes they've got the money, but surely weakens Hull massively. Although he's 29, good signing for Burnley, really couldn't see them going down this season, and less so after this.
