    Been flying through some Spartak Moscow fan forums and from what I understand in Russian from google translator they are in meltdown at the idea of him leaving, some fans are commenting on his Twitter to stay. They obviously rate him very highly.

    At Atleti I remember him being quite similar to Jota at Brentford. Think he can operate anywhere behind the striker to be fair.

    Been thinking this too.

    If we can finish mid table-ish, then players we are just missing out on due to us being tinpot, like Perotti, Inler et al will become realistic targets.

    Top 8 finish is not an unrealistic 3 year target

    So I'm reading the Spartak Moscow forums (decided to go on what seemed to be the actual Russian one and not an English-language one) and well they're not too happy about him leaving. Obviously the power of Google Translate means that I'm trying to decipher very broken English, but apparently it seemed he publicly said he wanted to go back to Spain this April (http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=en&prev=search&rurl=translate.google.co.uk&sl=ru&u=http://www.championat.com/football/news-2128575-khurado-khotel-by-vernutsja-v-ispaniju-i-byl-by-ne-proch-poigrat-v-reale.html&usg=ALkJrhjQQd1ysnDkKyXvBLiFbnwLeg1g0g) and that he is part of a mini-exodus from Spartak (to which their fans aren't liking).

    I have noticed though that quite a few of them are saying he's good so I'd say it's a good buy. My only qualm is that if he likes to leave a club when the going gets tough, I wonder what he'd do when we go through our inevitable (and annual) crap phase
