Indeed. I mentioned in another thread how I had a look at all our goals conceded last season and over half were from poorly defended aerial stuff either from crosses or set pieces and defensive blunders.

Cut those down by half and you re looking at a very healthy goals against column. Pair that with Iriney stopping opposition midfielders walking through us like Chalaboah did and you got a title winning defence.

Nani told someone I know at the Borehamwood game that he has signed today. Clearance now from the FL.

 

If he has actually signed for us and we are merely waiting on clearance, which will hopefully be a formality as per all our other sigings, then it looks like we have one hell of a team / squad now. Do we really need any more players? Surely we have more than enough to win this league.
