Good theory! There does seem to be a good vibe in the camp. My money is this is down to Deeney and Forestieri more than anything. Worth much more than just what they do on the pitch.....which in itself is awesome!

I notice on his twitter (genuine) account that he has "Angella 4 soccerplayer defender for watford".

It's official as far as he is concerned!

Good shout; not sure he'd appreciate the slightly broken English, though!

    From tonights UdineseBlog, about Abdi..

Almen Abdi, the player also followed by Cardiff at the moment you are still training with Watford in the withdrawal of Malles, and in the end could also go to the Hornets outright.

Malky, a decent man-manager, ok tactician, but his scouting skills are woeful.

Is Watford the only club that he is contractually allowed to sign players from ? You can have Ross Jenkins, Malky. Hes quality, will pair up nicely with Garner,

You can hardly blame Malky for wanting Abdi; he was easily the best creative midfielder in the Champ last season. We had the Championship POTS in our team, yet our fans voted for Abdi as our POTS instead. A very strong statement.

True, and Im going out on a limb to say that POTS for the second half of the season was Anya...and if you re reading this, Malky ( as you probably are as part of your pre season scouting remit), leave wee Ikechi alone, go and do your own scouting else where ' ya lazy wee bampot yee"

Abdi would be an excellent addition for any Prem team outside of the top 6, I'm still pinching myself that he'll be a Watford player next season.
