A Twitter account has stated this.

"Been told Marcello Trotta of Fulham to sign Thursday." - Twitter: @RookeryOnline

I think quite a few of you have already mentioned this already, the guy who was on-loan at Wycombe Wanderers?

From previous comments seen about him, sounds promising and hope it works out!

Yes, they tried to get him in before the deadline has passed, but now will sign him on Thursday.

Yes, 93 days. So that will be enough to cover the rest of the season. Fulham are happy doing business with us, and to have their winger and striker playing regularly in the same team, at a high level of competition is perfect for them, and us too of course.

He looks seriously slow and ungainly on You Tube - but then so did Jordan Mutch for a few games.

Is he a target man type striker or another midget to play off Troy? Feel we lack a physical presence in the final third.

I know a few Wycombe season ticket holders and the thoughts seem to be they have no idea how he scored so man and is not ready to play at a higher level. Having said that if you know where the goal is then he may look better with better players around him.

I take it back. Of course he is the answer. Lightening quick and obviously able to convince League 1 defences that if they don't want to be sleeping with a horse's head they'd better put nothing more than token challenges in. If he signs I'll support him, but if what is on You Tube is it, I can't see what he would add. If he scored any of those goals against the Watford defence we'd all be calling for Dyche & Woan's heads. My.Word. FML. etc. etc.

Incredible, it really is. Every comment from a Wycombe fan says that he's far too good for League 1 and is sorely missed, he's very highly-rated at Fulham and got on their bench as soon as he went back. A number of clubs with aspirations higher than ours have been interested in him. We sign him, which is an excellent coup for us, and fans are STILL questioning him etc. 'From what you've seen on YouTube', what about this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDIPDO6Bhlc Looks technically gifted and skillful e.g. step-overs to beat men and that chipped pass to the flank, good with both feet, a fantastic finisher and definitely not slow, see the first goal where he reads it, nips and, runs through on goal and slots it home. Also, to score all these types of goals his movement and awareness must be good too. He is a brilliant signing for us and we're lucky to have got him, please be more positive, it's not so long ago we signed Beattie on loan ffs!
