I think this would be the reaction of the hierarchies of other clubs in the PL if you asked them about Watford:

Put it this way imagine we were in an FA cup final , I know I know highly unlikely, and 6 days before we were due to play a team needing to win to stay up . How bothered would anyone be ?. Also , clutching at straws, some Arse players selected on Sunday will know that they will not be playing in the cup final and would rather not be playing at all
If Arteta does put out his big guns against us we should cut up rough and start kicking lumps out of them, that way he might decide **** being fair to our relegation rivals and substitute them off before they get injured and hence become unavailable for the cup final as a result. After all what have we got to lose.
I honestly wouldn’t worry too much about Arteta’s comments. He did a press conference. He was asked questions. What was he going to say? That he intends to rest half his senior players? And cue an outrage from other clubs. He gave the answers that were to be expected. He made changes on Tuesday because their match came just three days after an exhausting cup tie. Of the 6 changes, two were first teamers who were returning from suspension or ineligibility in the cup. My view is this. We’ve got ourselves into this mess. We have no right or expectation to hope we get favours from anybody. This is of our making. I’d also say that the team sheet alone won’t necessarily be the biggest sign of Arsenal’s intent. It’s where their minds are that interest me more. We saw ourselves last year how performances can suffer with a cup final on the horizon. We could benefit more from Arsenal playing most of the team they plan to field at Wembley and their players distracted and nervous to go full-blooded into challenges etc (and then see the big names get subbed off as well) than we could if they field several squad players who will be giving everything to try and make the bench for Wembley.
I imagine the Arsenal big guns are quivering in their nikes at the thought of the likes of kiko femenia and will hughes cutting up rough.
We've got plenty of guys who are quite capable of kicking lumps out of the Gunners super stars, and actually you make fun of Will Hughes, but he is a regular little terrier who is more than capable of kicking a few lumps out of the opposition.
Or they might know it is their last chance to impress Arteta before the cup final and get into the starting team so will work even harder than usual...

Getting beaten 6-0 and Gino deciding little needed changing was a big mistake. They should have brought in psychologists to help them overcome the trauma. I mean we all needed one watching that.
Udinese beat Juve 2-1 with three Watford rejects in their team. They needed to win and showed some fight. Something totally lacking in our squad of tosspots.

We go down without laying a glove on Arsenal. It’s painfully obvious how this goes. One more gutless performance to finish the season. We won’t score a goal, let alone win.
This is the best team news. He loves a bit of drama, be the centre of attention. Can see him giving us a 90+6 minute penalty to send Villa down. (or vice versa, I guess!)
