Why Would You Want Dyche?

Ever since the Malky rumours started I have been advocating promoting from within. I have not specifically said it should be Dyche, but why not? For all we know he might have been the brains behind Malky?

My argument has been based on the "Feel Good Factor" that most of you will probably agree was prevalent around the club for most of last season, and I think it was the main factor that we survived in the championship.

MM was the man who led the club into that "F G F", but he was obviously assisted by others on the staff. Therefore now he has gone, I believe that in order to keep the continuity going, we need to promote somebody from within the existing set up who all the players and staff already trust and respect, not an outsider who would have to start from scratch.

IMO the club is to fragile to weather much more change at present, so for me it needs to be an club insider who needs to take the helm.

I to would appoint Dyche but at the moment I still feel MM played a big part in the " F G F". My opinion is mainly based on the video I watched of the table tennis tournament where althouigh he was layed back and supportive he just gave the impression he was the man in charge.

Well, it's definitely a good job we went for "continuity"...

I was all for Dyche getting the job. A lot of people were including the people who made the decision. However the most important thing to do when you make a c.ock up is to hold your hands up and try to put it right, time for the top brass at WFC to do that.

Fair play , LB . Just too poignant at the moment.

He may have been a bit of a drama queen towards the end but this forum needs PYA back now.

PYA was wrong about Dyche. The only way he'll take us is League One or lower.

I know it's easy to say in hindsight but I was skeptical about his appointment.

Continuity can be good but sometimes things need to be freshened up with new blood. Now is that time.

Easy to draw comparisions between this thread and the ones at the minute involving the appointment of Zola...

Yep, I was proven wrong in the end, Dyche did well for us. Still not that fussed he's going now though, even though I think he deserves to stay. Nice guy and did well in his first season as a manager, but we move onwards and upwards. He's not the legend/next Alex Ferguson/messiah some on here are making him out to be.

Difference is that people are against Dyche going rather than Zola coming in.
