I thought Garry Monk had said we deserved to win and stopped them playing etc (on the BBC anyway) Maybe he wasn't so complimentary somewhere else? Anyway doesn't matter because we did and they were poor. TBH Should any professional be that tired after playing a couple of games (the last of which was on Tuesday)? Ashley Williams had 6 days to "rest" for example.
Thought I would wait a couple of days before I replied to thread, what a great game, great atmosphere' hats off to 1881, shame about the red card, but it was a red card, not sure if he actually meant to do what he did though, can't believe the bbc never showed the best chance of the game in injury time, the Swansea player should have got a yellow for one of the worse dives I have ever seen, apart from that thought the ref was superb, like most of them have been this season, the injury time seemed to last forever, we have just beaten a team with ten men who drew away to Chelsea and beat man Utd and we made them look average. Hats off to the boss, never panicked after not scoring for three games, the celebration at the end by the players suggest there is a great spirit in the squad. The three games we have drawn, would not have been an injustice if we win all three. Roll n Newcastke and palace. Think it is just a matter of time before we tear a team apart, just need deeney to get a goal
