Finnish and Hungarian are definitely linked, but only by having similar sounds, I speak Finnish but dont understand a word of Hungarian but can hear the similarities. However Estonian is very similar to Finnish and I would be able to understand most Estonian.
1. That was what I like to call self-depreciating humour. I am (mildly) curious as to how ICs work with regard to teams that play in 'foreign' leagues and therefore am an (occasionally) boring pedant. Not enough of one to be bothered to find out the information myself, of course. Let alone refrain from actually answering the question were I to know the answer. 2. On most of the British websites I use (including Yahoo, Sporting Life and the Official Watford site), the league is referred to as the Premiership. Occasionally it is called the Premier League. In America it is referred to frequently as EPL, which I assumed (yeah, I know what Assume does) was their way of distinguishing it from the Scottish Premier League. Thus, I did not realise that it was the actual name. Mea Culpa. Would you mind calling an ambulance while I slash my wrists with a blunt wooden spoon for being so dumb.
Oh I get it like Joey Jones, Vinny Jones or Dai Jones or Steve Smith, Alan Smudger Smith or John Smith or even WH Smiths. Then it will be WH-Banguras, Smudger Bangura and Vinny Bangura. ;D ;D ;D ;D
"Vinny" Bangura "Vinny" would be a very appropriate nick name for him, me thinks We could chant: - Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the hardest of them all, Vinny Bangura, clap clap, clap clap clap Vinny Bangura, clap clap, clap clap clap Vinny Bangura, clap clap, clap clap clap
By the way................. Before some Smart A... points it out, I know this thread is not about Al Bangura, but it is him that I am reffering to in the chant, not his namesake in Norway
