If we’d demolished Oxford, then I could perhaps understand it as the players wouldn’t deserve to be dropped from the squad. But we didn’t. I could be wrong in the weeks to come - but I’m sorry, I just don’t buy it that Suarez and Sarr aren’t fit to play at least some part by now.

No reason not to pick Suarez and Sarr. Nothing to do with training as Garner in on the bench and we only signed him yesterday. Gutted to see an unnecessarily weak team picked again. If we win, nothing will be said, but if we lose Ivic will get a lot of criticism........and it wont be the board's fault as Duxbury has already made it clear who's idea this is.
Great! Probably a better squad than the one that played against Boro but still it's really disappointing. Ken is good at left wing back so not iverlu fussed about Kikos absence although admittedly I would like to have Sema further forward. I guess it is the best we can do when we sell our left back when the other one has a long term injury. More options in the bench though.
Wow do I miss Iggy and Big man up top in this division. Times change, but the thought of Murray being our new striker is hard to take. He may turn out good, but would he not fit a two up top? Never thought we would miss Gray so much right now.
Murray is a much better lone striker than any of those names. Or at least he has been in his career to date.

We might indeed win - the team is still decent. But the point is the longer term prognosis is that Sarr and Suarez less likely to feature longer term if they aren't even on the bench.

Ignoring that Suarez and Sarr are both missing, I'm pleased we've gone 2 up top. However, what has Murray done to deserve a start over Perica?! Unless he's really improved his sharpness in the last week he's been our worst player in his appearances so far.
