*2015. History has a habit of repeating itself, so yes. Also we are above Bournemouth going into the final day, as we were on that day in 2015. What happened? We bottled it and let Bournemouth leapfrog us, which is exactly what will happen on Sunday. We will lose and they will win meaning we finish below them, again.
More likely to be on the beach on Sunday if they win. Every team down the bottom has performed since the return except two. Pretty shameful.
I am not to sure they are in good form I think they will want to finish the season on a high and have a bit of momentum going into next season.
Been on one of their forums and some West Ham fans are hoping they relegate Villa, let's hope the players feel the same way! Otherwise they could finish the season on only 39 or less points, which is pathetic for the quality they have in their squad.
Just bin on the Arsenal forum and all there fans want villa to go down becoz they hate them!! Lets hope the playas git the massage! LOL
Fans do not deserve it because they felt we were good enough to stay up. That is just a matter of opinion. None of us deserve to go down
It’s all going wrong for the Pozzo’s. Udinese now only 4 points from relegation. They play Lecce in a massive game next Wednesday. If Udinese lose to Juve tomorrow then it’s 3 games left and still only 4 points clear. Lecce play Bologna next Udinese play Cagliari Then they face each other next Wednesday Lecce closing the season out at home to Parma Udinese away to Sassuolo Imagine a double relegation for the Pozzo’s.
We don't have any say in what goes on at the club, so I find it hard to say whether we 'deserve' anything, good or bad
To be fair the same team were fighting for Europa and got to an FA Cup final last season. If I am 100% honest I was one of the fans that genuinely believed we were too good to go down because there were a lot of teams not as good as us in the league. My concern was that after the cup final I felt that we were going to kick on and should have signed a couple of key players to come straight into the starting 11 but we didn't.
It would be quite funny if Udinese went down although I am not sure what knock on effect that would have for us. One would think that seeing two of their clubs at risk of relegation to the second tier they may re-think and adapt their model a bit.
Udinese have just beaten Juventus so hope the Watford players take courage from that and win on Sunday against a better team. They started with Zeegelaar, Sema and Okaka ! Amazing result for them.
