The sooner he is gone the better. Talented but if he cannot be bothered no point in ganging onto the bad apple.
We signed Isaac Success and that didn't work out. We signed Imran Louza and he has been a disappointment too. Is Pierre Mediocre available?
Just seen a report from the French side of things, saying Lorient have agreed with Watford a 6-month loan without an option to buy. Loic Tanzi Medical examination today for Imran Louza (Watford), who will be loaned to Lorient without an option to buy. Total agreement found this afternoon

No shock. Though with Val talking about needed us to have a 1 out, 1 in approach this window it'll be interesting to see what Pozzo delivers him as a replacement from the Udinese scrap heap.
I've thought about this in recent years. Football, more than most professions, has a lot of highs and lows. Though I haven't played football since my early teens, I can imagine that when you're successful, even in something relatively modest like winning promotion from League 1, there are few better moments in life. But it can be stressful a lot of the rest of the time, even (or maybe precisely) in the top teams - playing in front of thousands of expectant fans, a few of whom will abuse you just for not being very good or off-form, under managers who can be tough, often if not constantly in the (social) media spotlight. It's easy to get angry with players who earn as much if not more per week as many of us fans do in a year, aren't pulling their weight and contributing massively to a relegation or not getting to the play-offs, regardless of how much or little of that is their own fault rather than down to their limited quality. But pro football contains a wide range of personalities and temperaments, all of whom happen to have a talent for football - in addition to those who are passionate, driven, hard-working with bags of stamina and who are prepared to train hard every day, like Giggs, Beckham, Messi etc you have those who are more laid-back, passive, even lethargic, lazy, mentally weak etc. It's the range of human nature and you get it in most professions, with some exceptions like sales/marketing where you do have to be naturally extrovert, energetic and ambitious to maintain a career. I myself had a hard time knuckling down to my studies in my younger years even in subjects I was interested in. Unfortunately we have managed to land too many players who are of the latter type, but it doesn't make them despicable human beings. Louza's still the right side of 25 and who knows he might regain that appetite, especially if Morocco have any chance of making another World Cup.
We're not even making any money from it to reinvest*, tee hee. A masterstroke - Bonzo does it again! (* Yes, of course, I'm fully aware we would only be reinvesting it in Macquarie national bank anyway)
I used to really like Louza but to be honest I think this is good news for us. I am not privy to the players salaries and why would I be, but I think it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to say that Louza's wages are likely double most of the squad. Hopefully this can free up a bit of money to bring in a replacement that actually wants to play for Watford.
Surely we aren’t dumb enough to leave ourselves with just two fit #8s? Who am I kidding, of course we are.
Kone to get injured after 5 minutes on Sunday, you heard it here first. A midfield of TDB, Livermore and Chakvetadze for the rest of the month.
Santi Aouna @Santi_J_FM Imran Louza took part in his first training session with Lorient this morning
