He didn't really fit with 3-5-2, not the right sort of player. Vydra and Deeney worked much better. Somewhat ironically, he'd fit into a 4-2-3-1 much better..
Can't have a pension linked to the FTSE then! Speaking of finance, the chap behind me told me Fessi went bonkers at the end of season bash and was bidding for everything at the auction.Zola had to step in. I would be sad to see him go,as I've said for all those who may be sold.I've liked almost everyone apart from Kerry Dixon I think.
And if we change formations, then what? I don't believe QSF will stick to 4-2-3-1 all season, it's his initial plan which he wants to make solid before working on different systems, which we can switch to depending on the situation.
Do you know that or just that that's the case? If you're right, every effort should be made to keep Vyds.
Ask anyone who went to the game and heard all the comments after the game pretty simple really.FF ripped them to pieces in the first half if you went you would no.Plus it is common knowledge about the man city manager and players going into our dressing room after the game.Same when I went sheffield wed and other grounds people had nothing but really good things to say about him and what am unbelievable player he is and how lucky we are to have him.Even the plastic fans that went no such basic info. Highgrade 10 K n o b e r 0
Good shout If city spent £50m on Sterling just think what they will spend on a player every single Man City player and every single man city fan say is unbelievable We'll be quids in arty2:
I wonder what it's like inside Highgrade's head? Do you reckon it's hollow? Or is it more like a plate of spaghetti - all jumbled up and covered in tomato and mince?
No inside information, but the past 3 seasons we have switched systems (3-5-2, 4-4-2, 4-3-3) depending on the match. Just playing one way makes you predictable (Hoothroyd) and I think QSF is far too experienced to be predictable.
Common knowledge....where did it come from though? I'd like to see you put a reference in a dissertation as "common knowledge". On his day, yes FF is good, but that's only those other teams supporters see. They dont see him play week in week out which is where he fails. No consistency. Otherwise he'd be playing for a top top club rather than on the verge of a transfer to Leeds.
Watford fans.... LOL. First game of the season for him, not match sharp - "Fooking ****... Bye Bye" Diamanti, new league, new club, not match sharp - Why did he come on? Dog ****e, bring on Vydra. We really have tinpot fans.
Yaya Toure did go into the away dressing room after the 4-2 defeat and was openly heard wondering how we weren't top of the Championship. Given that Forestieri was excellent that day, this is maybe what highgrade means...?
I guessed this was what HG was referring to, but as usual he put 1+1 and made it 100 and then accuses anyone who doesn't agree of not being a real fan. Toure saying something nice about us does not mean every man city player rates Fessi, and a few fans outside a ground saying something nice about us does not mean every City fan rates Fessi either.
So basically said nothing of the sort, cheers for clarifying. Exactly, other teams fans rave about Fessi when he has a good game, but that doesn't happen often and if they saw how inconsistent he is over a regular basis they probably wouldn't rate him as a top player either.
If you talk to the real fans of Watford they no and love FF.This forum is full of computer G I M P S like you who sit on the internet all day talking woffle.Anyone who does not no what FF has done for this club does not have a clue I am afraid.Anyway have a nice life on the boards behind the scenes you bell.
It's about realistic, i'm sure most of us know and love Forestieri. As much as I love him, I can also recognise that he's simply not good enough for what we're trying to achieve.
I don't actually maintain a list, so sometimes it can be hard to keep up, but the prevailing thought is that Highgrade is a relatively committed troll, right?
