I don't go to away games so I wasn't having a dig about that. My point was if you at the stage where you actually hate the manager and players you might enjoy a different hobby. As for your career the level of venom you generate at Watford both in the chat box and on the forum is probably detrimental to your productivity as well!

I'm still a Watford supporter at the end of the day, regardless of the manager, playing squad, results, whatever, Watford will always be my team and I will never be capable of just shutting off on that front, even when I do feel disillusioned with it all.

I can also assure you that my activity on this forum, or my feelings towards anything to do with the club for that matter, has absolutely no bearing on my work or any other aspect of my life whatsoever.

Kaboul, Cathcart, Dacoure Britos played well. Overall though we were ****e as were they. Should have been a 0-0 bore draw but the ref missed a terrible out of control "tackle" on Niang. Should have been a free kick and yellow/red. What happens? they go up and score from the resulting free kick after they broke away.
Zaha has talent but will always be a **** and Cabaye is a nasty little ****er.

Oh, and Dacoure need to start ahead of Capoue.

Thought Britos was dire. Kept needlessly losing possession.

I'm still on my way back but I'll say the same thing I said outside the ground. There's something toxic in our club; it started last year (could argue even earlier what with how Sannino left) and has not gone away, even with Flores leaving. The players (bar Cleverley, Prodl and Gomes) looked like they wanted to play football and fight for the shirt. Everyone else just sauntered about the pitch or hit easy balls to the wrong man. There's an air of apathy from the majority of the squad and it's poor that they are willing to put on these performances week in week out. I'm not going to absolve Mazarri of any blame here. In defence of Walter, he has with him the oldest, tallest, heaviest, least disciplined and probably the slowest squad in the league, so the multitude of injuries that we keep on getting (Behrami today) forces his hand a bit. However, putting Britos at left back instead of an out-and-out LB like Holebas, taking off Cleverley and keeping Capoue when it was clear who was the better out of the two and not putting on Okaka are his decisions and his faults. Unfortunately for him, he has made a lot of these poor decisions recently.

We will limp over the line IMO, but it's not going to be pretty and I'm not looking forward to next season if there isn't some drastic change, be it squad overhaul (ideally) or head coach or both

Cleverley was clearly one foul away from a red card. He'd already been given a final warning.

One positive - today's performance has gone a long way in helping me decide whether to renew my season ticket next year and whether to spend 100s going to away matches!

I enjoyed the pre match disco/90s Garage tunes on entering the ground more than the actual football, which is a sad indication of how today went........

Ahhh ok fair enough. I must have not seen the final warning then. Even still, as much as I can understand a like-for-like substitution in Doucoure for Cleverley, surely Okaka would have been a better option in giving more of an attacking impetus?

Wrong again, Doccoure came on for Behrami at half time. It was Success who came on for Cleverley in what was a good sub but at 80 minutes it came frustratingly late.

Why bother commenting when you're clearly forming your opinion on the result and result alone?

Interesting you should say that. I heard, after Flores went, that Scott Duxbury could be the problem. The atmosphere at West Ham improved significantly after he left, I'm told.

Yeah I'm sure Scott Duxbury is regularly at training bossing the players around, sowing the seeds of doom.

Both sides were shocking. Benteke was as woeful as any Watford player on the day. I reckon both sides will limp over the line and avoid relegation this season. Just retuned the freeview box which was more enjoyable than today's match.

    My oh my!

    Where to start?

League Two game at a League Two ground. Terrible view, possibly no bad thing in retrospect! Kayla the eagle was the most assured performer it's true!

I have to agree with Nutty Walt that 0-0 was the right result but if you set up to secure that you must have a plan if it goes belly up.

Looked like a foul to me on Niang by Cabaye(? ) Someone said he is a nasty little toe rag and his sole intention today seemed to be to aggravate. He ran into Deeney early on, fell over and yelped for a free kick. For once the hapless Atkinson failed to oblige.

Prodl should have known better than to push Zaha but he still seemed miffed after Zaha did the same thing and escaped unpunished a minute or so before.

Poor decisions on the substitutions and the timing I thought regarding The Bat and Isaac. I thought Doucoure did well and would have no problem if he started instead of Capoue against Sunderland.

Delightful journey home with psycho couple swearing at each other from tube to London Bridge.

Someone had jumped in front of the tube on the Northern Line. Not a good day.

It looks bleak for Walt now. Were fans booing the ref,the team or both at the end?

Look, if you want to get into this silly little sniping thing that seems to go on here with a patronising, passive-aggressive comment at me, then be my guest because frankly that's ****ing silly and I'm not going to reciprocate. My opinion of what's going on at the club is not solely on this result, it's from what I've seen in the last couple of years watching us play. In my comment, I seem to apportion blame on more than one party, so I'm clearly not trying to make a view for Mazzari in/out, so if you're trying to allude that I've got an agenda for anything, you're barking up the wrong tree.

As for me getting the substitutions mixed up, I'm tired and drunk. So sue me for making a genuine mistake.

It's not a patronising swipe, I agree with a lot of what you said but you're pointing out things about the manager and game that don't factually exist, two of the things you pointed out and were annoyed at didn't happen, that was my point.

    Anyway, enjoy your night.

What I don't understand is Zaha. He always looks world class against us, but does **** all the rest of the season. OK, he created relatively little, but he scared our defenders every time.

Amrabat looked nowhere near fit. No idea why he came on before Success. I'm beginning to think there's something between Wally and Isaac, as the latter has been 'unfit' for weeks. You could've got Dawn French fit enough to run for 90 minutes in that time.

That is an unfair comparison. Sanchez Florez knew what he was doing and had the players playing for him.

I'm sure it doesn't. However my point is if you can't make any games at all because your career takes priority on a Saturday then I'm not sure how sitting at a computer screen being furious from 3pm till 6pm will really help in that regard. It's not like you are freeing up much time for your career and you are getting into a bad mindset into the bargain. I'm worried about you boss.

It isn't all Wally's fault. Though I've had enough of him. Senior management have made some awful recruitment decisions. Even Pereyra blew hot and cold.

A lot of our players clearly don't want to be here and are cheating us for a living.

I'm so glad I didn't go and watched Kong Skull Island instead. Far more worthwhile and enjoyable.

The worst thing is I have stopped caring.

Just read Wally's comments. Poor stuff. Him claiming we deserved a draw I can just about live with but the continued comments about Success are ridiculous. If he is still not fit after so many months on the substitutes bench then sack our incompetent medical team. If it's match fitness then of course he isn't fit if you only give him 10 minutes every single time. It really is laughable. If you don't think he is worth a place in the team then say so rather than this idiocy about fitness.

The fact is though, despite what some people think on here, we are not currently in a relegation battle. We might be playing some awful football but we are still 7 points clear with 10 games left. What concerns me is that he doesn't seem to think the football we're playing is a problem
