Yes you know I share your concerns about the debt. I’m glad they are talking about us being “a championship club” and not talking about “getting us back to where we belong”. I hope after the debacle of the last attempt to build a team capable of staying in the prem through complete rebuild, they have realised that they don’t have the financial muscle to compete now. The objective of every champ club should be to win promotion but you can’t go betting the ranch and assuming you’ll achieve it. Hopefully they will pay down debt, make us sustainable, and if we do win promotion again we will retain the squad that got us there and just make one or two quality additions ….and accept that relegation is very possible.
