Some loudmouth pr!ck behind me loves letting everyone round him in the Rookery know what he thinks of the team. Lost count of the amount of times he told Sannino to **** off or called him a ****, yet today the ****** was singing his name!

Remember this? Probably the worst Watford performance I've ever seen.

Calling for Beppe is simply reducing all of our problems to the man in charge. Our problems are bigger than that.

People seem to forget for most of his reign Beppe's some of the performances were absolutely terrible especially towards the end of last season. I strongly believe we wouldn't of got promotion under him and so did most people on here. He should of been let go at the end of last season when it was obvious he lost the dressing room. We wouldn't be in this mess we're in now!

I miss Zola... all he needed was an experienced number two alongside him.

I've never said it till now and don't miss him because apart from the loan players like Kightly we never played great football...but I think someone like Dyche or Malky would be good for us...in that they know the league well and I'm sure they wouldn't be picking the lightweight defenders we have in Angella & Ekstrand!

Also worth noting didn't we get rid of BM because the Pozzo's didn't think he would be able to get the team out of a bad run... but that's what is happening right now!

Managers & players are always 'better' when they're injured or gone though!

I miss the passion, Beppe had passion, Zola had passion. Jokanovic looks like his feet has been nailed to the ground and his arms nailed to his stomach, there was no direction today none against a very poor Cardiff side.

I don't believe he would've taken us up because he would've hated the set-up (i.e not having a say in the players coming in), he would've hated the players for their "continental" style of play and he would've got us playing hoofball with these players, which clearly doesn't work. Add to that that he's like Beppe in that he's strict with his players and the players would've done the same thing as they did to Beppe.

Edit: FWIW, I'd have rather we kept Beppe because of the results (and on some occasions the performances) this season. Fact of the matter is, for some unknown reason, we were playing good despite the players disliking/hating him, and we were getting results. Unfortunately, Gino Pozzo gave in to player power and sacked him. Would I want him back now? No, because the cycle would repeat itself. Beppe learnt from his mistakes from last season and done pretty well, but some/most players didn't like his managerial style. What we need is someone who can do what Beppe did, but is likeable (that's if we sack the Joka) or for Joka to buck up a bit and for the players to do the same. It's not just the Joka's fault here...

Come on everyone I know you hate to admit it, but lets face it, I was right!!!

My dream team of "Zola / Dyche" would probably of had us playing in the Premiership by now ;)

Feel for him a bit you know. Did he bring any staff with him or was he lumbered with all of Oscar's backroom staff?

As you've said to me before. I don't believe that for one bit now- I feel he was partly pushed out the door. But if indeed he resigned and that was it, we could've persuaded him better to stay.

Saw him after the game today. Poked his head out of the directors' bar, cup in hand. I presume he was just about to perform.

What do we have a right to? Is it 4, 5, 6 or 7 defeats in a row? What are ****ty little grubby Watford fans actually entitled to expect? When can they be upset and stop touching their cloth caps and saying "thanks very much guv'nor" for whatever **** is smeared in their faces?

It was announced he resigned, Duxbury said he wanted to go back to Italy, he got a job pretty quick. His words after he left said he couldn't really handle the league or get the team how he wanted it.

As for persuading him, they didn't want Zola to go but as Duxbury said, they reluctantly accepted it.

    The Pozzo's don't beg.

    Sannino wasn't supported.

As soon as Dyer and McGugan started causing trouble the Pozzos should have transfer listed the pair. Had they done that then Sannino would still be here and we wouldn't be in this disgusting state.

Lots of hypotheticals there. The WO indicated it wasn't just Dyer and McGugan. Vydra said the new coach 'shouts less'. You have no idea of the wheels would have fallen off under Sannino. We couldn't win away for **** under him.

And he ****ing resigned. Because he couldn't handle it and controlling the players is obviously one of those things.

I herd they 'hoped' he'd resign. But the threats of burning his favourite teddy bear forced the issue.

Is it ****? we've lost 4 games in a row in the past and we will do so again. To be 7th after such a run isn't actually that bad. It's a crazy league. Most teams go through what we are

Beppe was marmite but after the decision was made to give him a full pre season he was delivering. 12 of our 29 points came under his 5 game tenure at the start of the season. We were not mucking about with formations and the team seemed to have a bit of passion (Huddersfield at home). the timing of his "resignation" was very strange.
We were a potent attacking force moving the ball forward at pace.
Would we have got promotion under him? we will never know but I would wager we would have more points than we currently have had we stuck with him
Since his depature we have stagnated and seem a bit rudderless.
Still Beppe is in the past so we need to re group and get behind the team. A win will bring the confidence back and I still believe we can get something from this season.

He wasn't the right man. We should've gotten rid prior to pre-season. That was our biggest mistake.

Agreed, if he was going should have been at end of last season . "Resigning " him 5 games in to this season was a bigger mistake.

I find most of your posts pretty puerile and tedious, trying to be funny and patently failing in the most part. I don't put yawn after them though.
Every time I put up an opinion you seem to undermine it as in last weeks thread when you said "352 is finished, wasn't feasible and I was to get used to it"
Well clever bollox we did play 352 yesterday so carry on yawning and typing your 100 posts a day of in the main drivel.
Oh, and have a nice day.

Yeah. We played 352 and looked clueless. Probably because the manager doesn't know how to play it as I suggested in the same post.

Am I undermining you again, boss?
