Can't do much better than that. Still lacking creativity in the middle but that's as good as we can get right now.

Interesting that Femenia might be moving ahead of Ngakia because of creating the recent goals.

Pretty good. Quina has been more cold than hot as of late. Glad to see Hughes and Gray getting back, possible cameo role?

Fire alarm at the Vic gives a fright to all. Hive broadcast suspended temporarily. They are back. Emma and Robbo.

No surprise to see Quina axed. Will be good to see Hughes even Gray getting a run out with such a busy schedule.

Hoping for a win here so I can look back on the last game before lockdown 2.0 to help me through.

Someone set it off to spare us from listening to Robbo.
Difficult to dislike him as a player difficult to like him as a pundit.

That's a good point. Will football be suspended till December as well? Great, even more crammed fixture list if so.

They will probably give professional sports a pass more so for association football as the national game. The RFU along with the other home unions are set to ban all professional/semi-professional rugby below the second tier. No spectators for many a month to come.

    No it won't be.
With everything else closed they can't afford for footie to be cancelled.
Of course if we lose today(perish the thought) the cancellation should be (re)considered:confused:

At least there's Wilmot to step into the midfield at times I guess. I'd have picked Garner over Cleverley, but our midfield will always be fairly compromised until Hughes is fully ready. Good to see him and Gray on the bench, people give out about Gray, but if there's half an hour to go and we need a goal, who better to bring on than him?

You'd have to say Gray is more dangerous than Murray these days, even if Murray isn't quite as useless as he's appeared

Does Ivic not fancy Garner or something? I'd understand if he'd rather develop Quina, but I'd definitely rather have Garner over Cleverley, even if Garner isn't the most consistent yet

Me too. Much prefer to see Garner in there. Hope Gray is fit otherwise Murray should be in. Hard to see how Murray can develop match fitness at this rate. Nice to see at last depth on the bench. Disappointed Ivic is persisting with Sema at wingback and leaving Ngakia out.

How long until Masina is back and we can see the end of this turgid formation?

Bit disappointed we’re persisting with the 3-5-2 after such a poor showing midweek, although I do think the poor performance was more down to mentality than tactics.

We’ve shown flashes of looking more fluid, but I do think 4-2-3-1 or something similar suits the likes of JP and Sarr better.

I’d like to see Hughes and Gray get minutes at some point today.

Ngakia is a class act, a Rolls Royce of a defender, but with two assists of late, I can understand why Kiko's got the nod. Since we're not playing with wingers, LWB is the only real place we can play Sema to be honest

Oh dear, still optimistic but really, really hope we don't have a QSF / Mazzarri situation on our hands with this stubbornness.

January apparently. Be shocked if we see him again tbf, Giaretta said that the injury stopped him getting a move away

Mazzarri was stubborn by not including fecking Doucoure until we had an injury crisis, Ivic is 'stubborn' by not playing Kiko on the wrong side, in a position he's not suited to essentially

3-5-2/5-3-2, Cathcart and Cleverley playing, Ngakia on the bench again. Good times.

I don’t buy that argument one bit.

Kiko at left back is a small price to pay to see Sema & Sarr as wingers in their natural positions.

It’s not like we haven’t seen Kiko play perfectly fine their before. If not, slightly better at left back than right back. The no left back thing is being over played.

In a more defensive role at LB in the Prem, he did occasionally impress, but let's not pretend he is a natural defender. Besides, the impetus will be on him as a full-back will still be to go forward, and his lack of a left foot does hinder him in that regard
