Nottingham Forest are edging towards a deal for Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Bakary Sako, reports the Daily Telegraph's John Percy. He tweeted: Will be an initial 93-day loan before pre-agreed permanent move in January.

The 25-year-old Sako has scored five goals in nine appearances for League One Wolves this season.

 

Yep. Forest going all out for promotion and we're standing still next to them.

We weren't ever going to shell out big money for a prime-of-his-career player anyway.

 

Think Forest are taking a huge risk to get promotion as if they fail I can't see how they will meet the FFP rules next season.

 

I'm sure they'll be paying Bakery a lot more dough than we can afford.

He played for Dagenham and Redbridge in league two and while he was there he played for Bishop Stortford in the Conference South and that was only 2 or 3 years ago.
