If he's going to take another two weeks to decide if he wants to join, he's absolutely not what we need and not what I would want, irrespective of how good he might be.
I'd have thought it obvious but if a player is dithering about whether to join it would suggest his heart isn't in it. I want players who would jump at the chance to play for Watford, not those who need two weeks to decide.
Angella took a whole season to decide. Therefore I shall booing every time he touches the ball. Absolute scum, taking their time to decide whether they want to move to a completely new country or not.
I can't blame players for wanting time to think over moving to a foreign country to play in the second tier. We're definitely going places, but that's still enough to make any pro stop and consider their move. I think the massive influx of Udinese players on pending permanent deals highlights a belief in the camp that we are going up this year.
We would be absolutely insane to turn down Badu. Yes he's similar to Hogg but they could easily play in the same midfield three. Battocchio is much more of a deep-lying playmaker.
Agreed, but besides the fact that he might enjoy skiing, mountains covered in snow are probably more attractive than filthy frozen slush along Vicarage Road!
As appealing as a fry-up from the football cafe is when it's covered in snowflakes I think The Dolomites just shades it for appeal!
Full article - Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has handed Crystal Palace and Norwich City a blow after revealing he has no intention of leaving Udinese. Both Premier League sides have been linked with the 22-year-old, who has been capped 30 times by Ghana. The midfielder made 25 league appearances last term after sporadic involvement during his first three seasons at the club and he is keen to continue his progress in Serie A. He told Football411: "I have not thought about leaving this club. I am committed to Udinese and that is the optimum thing. "As it stands now my representatives have not told me anything about clubs chasing me. I see some in the newspapers and on the Internet that some clubs are chasing me, but as I speak to you I have not received any offer from any club." When asked about mooted interest from England, he added: "Those reports are not true, I will never do that to a club that has been so helpful to me. "I have no idea where these reports are coming from, for me nothing is concrete and that is the bottom line. I am a Udinese player and I respect that."
Reading between the lines, he's basically spitting on the London powerhouse that is Crystal Palace. Why anyone would turn a move there, and the chance to play for hollow head is beyond me. Badu needs to wind his neck in, and fast.
Rivals, as in we re in the same league as QPR this year and therefore dont want them to be signing good players that we might like for ourselves. As far as I know Palace got promoted to the EPL last season but dont quote me on that.
so the canut can't spell Watford - for that reason it's a no i dont want the barsteward anywhere near the vic. feckin scum canut
Is he drunk? He does know that Istanbul is in another country entirely, and not some borough of London, right??!
