An unexpected link. Morelos is very similar to Troy Deeney. Not in the way he plays, I just mean he’s fat.
I'd be surprised if he went to the Championship. Would his presence be a help or hinderance to the likes of Asprilla and Hurtado?

Have watched a lot of Rangers over the years, and I can say that Morelos would not be a good signing. A nut case, who’s no stranger to being booked. Can also be very selfish at times. His career at Rangers is not too dissimilar to Deeney’s here. Cult hero for a good number of years, but his playing ability has declined recently once his name was banded around by “bigger” and “richer” teams. The move doesn’t go ahead and he follows up by performing poorly at the team he stayed at. He looked grossly unfit last season too.. Rangers fans were happy to see him go for free once his contract ran out.
Don't care how good he is (and it's always difficult to tell how someone will adapt coming from Scotland), we need good personalities, not madmen like him...
Leventhal has confirmed our interest and said Morelos is currently considering us vs some options in Saudi. Morelos last month said he wouldn't leave Europe and his biggest consideration is living somewhere his family will be comfortable. IF true that we pulled out of Wesley as a better player became available I wonder if it's Morelos. Moore is not available until the end of the window and Nsame seems a non starter given he's just played (and scored) for Young Boys. Only thing is I'd be shocked if we could afford his wages.
Nsame only has 1 year left on his contract, so I suppose the point is they're probably open to selling if a decent offer came in. Out of all the players we've been linked with I think he seems the most dangerous all-round striker. Though any of Nsame, Morelos or Moore should be very good at this level. If we are actually going to get rid of Bayo, then it would be good to get two of the above.
Still pretty confident this won’t happen, Leventhal’s really gone off the boil recently. Also reported our interest in Cho and Styles and neither are happening.
