my only (tiny) criticism of him is that there have been a couple of occasions where he's been too goal hungry and his hard work could have capitalised on by others doing the finishing. I recall when he could have crossed to Troy (can't remember which game) but he fired a shot off, and again yesterday, Iggy could have fired one in, but he got in the way and there was a goal mouth kerfuffle. Small work on points that will be ironed out when he's playing for us next season.

If he is allowed to come that must surely bode well for the likelihood of him joining us permanently in the Summer, as it probably means he is not in Pardew's plans.

For me, it looks like Guedioura wants to be at the club, he turned down Bournemouth and Boro to come back here so I think there is mutual agreement that he want to be here, and we want him here. The sticking point is whether Pardew will let him go, and how much to buy him for. Personally, i would try everything to secure him for next season, at times he has been unbelievable so it makes sense to try up to 5 million for him

 

He only has a year left on his contract at Palace, so his transfer fee shouldn't be too bad.

he has been a massive part of our promotion. his all action displays in midfield have been a joy to watch. with the kick off early and us being at home I am sure Pardew could let him be at the ground. would be the right thing all round...

Can't see him being bought for much more than £1.5 million. Only a year left on his contract (less than a year by the time the window opens), not making the Palace match day squad and not a homegrown player. All of those will limit what he can be sold for. He's also 29, which caps his future worth significantly.
