Another win at home last weekend makes it 3 in a row for Watford at home, which is a complete opposite to our away form. defeat at Donny would be our 5th consecutive loss on our travels this season. Jonathan Hogg misses the game due to suspension after picking up his 5th yellow card of the season so John Eustace could make his return to the starting 11. I have not heard any news about whether Doyley is fit or not, only that he was slightly behind Eustace with recovery. I feel that watford have finally found a shape that they are comfortable with and I'm sticking with the team that won against Portsmouth but with 1 change. My team to face Donny is as follows: GK - Loach RB - Hodson CB - Nosworthy CB - Mariappa LB - ****inson RW - Yeates CM - Eustace CM - Buaben LW - Kightly CF - Iwelumo CF - Sordell
Loach Hodson Nosworthy Mariappa ****inson Yeates Eustace (c) Buaben Kightly Iwelumo Sordell Subs: Thompson, Forsyth, Deeney, Beattie & Garner. No need for Bonham - aware that that is tempting fate but the worst wont happen. Would stick Walker on there for CM cover but he can't get in Stevenage's side so he shouldn't us. Matty Whichelow is clearly doing something to not impress Dyche so I wouldn't have him either.
The team above is nailed-on bar injuries. Subs Deeney, Jenkins, Mirfin, Beatie, Forsyth would be my guess
Time for Dyche to shake things up Loach Thommo - Nosworthy - Mapps - Doyley Kightly - Buaben - Jenkins - Aluko Garner - Sordell
Same as last week but with Eustace for Hogg. No other changes needed. Looking forward to this one, never been to Donny before.

[h=2]MATCH FACTS[/h] Head-to-head • Doncaster have won only 25% of their league matches against Watford, and have also scored a goal a game on average; won four and scored 16 goals in 16 meetings. • Rovers are unbeaten in four against the Hornets, having won one and drawn three since an odd goal in three defeat at the Keepmoat in April 2009. • That was also Watford's most recent of three away league victories over the South Yorkshire outfit. Doncaster Rovers • Bottom-placed Doncaster, one point adrift and six points below the survival line, have won one of the last seven league games. • Rovers, who own the weakest attack in the Football League (13 goals scored in 17 games), could become the first club to lose 12 Championship matches this season. • Crystal Palace is the only club the South Yorkshire side have beaten in a home league game this term, and are the only side they have kept a clean sheet against. Watford • Watford, three places and three points above the drop zone, have won three of the last four league games, having won just two of the opening 13. • The Hornets have lost their last four away Championship matches, and have only beaten Reading on their league travels this season. • Sean Dyche's side have failed to score in an unequalled eight games in this division.

well, well, well I hope the 'lazy princess rudeboy' brigade were watching today, we looked blunt in attack without Sordell on the pitch, hopefully some people will start to realise how important he is to us All in all a decent point today, the important thing here was not to lose more than anything
Not a bad result, only conceded 1 goal in our last 4 which shows how good our defence has been, I expect next game Hogg and Eustace to start which will be idiotic and if that happens I expect us to lose to an inform Bristol City side.
A point is better than none, but then again not as good as all 3. Could get a job on MOTD with cack like that couldn't I! Seemed a similar game to 'boro to be honest, toothless up front and not in any particular danger at the back, giving the one real chance away which Sharp luckily missed. Pleased the defence again looked solid as that was a worry not that long ago but a little concerned that we never challenged at all up front without Sordell on the pitch. Beattie seemed to be on his last legs at the end as well, hopefully Marv will not be out for too long as we do need the pace. Suppose Garner could come in from the cold though on Tuesday if we want a similar format. Tuesday will be hard now though, seeing their result today against the leaders will certainly boost them.
This is a game we needed to win, if we're serious about staying up. That we failed to do so really shows how far we've come under Dyche, which is, not very.
Well Southampton didn't get any penalties which helped them. Their new manager is good and Maynard will always get goals. Burnley were 2 down at Hull..but came back! GRRR...
Im not sure bristol will be down there at the end of the season, they have a good squad and now a good manager.
Wish we'd taken a punt on McInnes I guess today was a useful point on the road..but we look so toothless in attack away..Donny have conceeded 30 this season..
Doesn't help when Jenkins, Deeney and Beattie are our options off the bench to try and grab a goal... Still find it unbelievable that the likes of Murray and even more so Whichelow aren't getting the slightest look in, he was the sort of player that could come on and change things last season, and I'd certainly have more faith in Garner getting us a goal than Beattie or Deeney.
Difference is Garner's only spent a couple of months not scoring for us (and barely playing at all), Deeney's spent almost a couple of years not doing it and Beattie's spent basically his whole career not really scoring very much.
Good result today. Quality definitely was lacking especially up top, but defensively mapps and nosworthy were solid again. Hodson had a couple of shakey moments but again would stick with him over doyley. Eustace looked really comfortable on the ball so hoggy might find himself on the bench on Tuesday. All in all 1 goal conceded in 4 games is a good solid base to work from so I'm happy. PS we def need something different up front tho.
An incredibly boring game. Donny were terrible and with a bit of ambition we could have taken the points. It was a game someone like Garner could have thrived in, but Beattie and Iwelumo were never going to offer a goal threat. Iwelumo was poor today, no doubt about it, but the cheering when he was taken off shows just how many idiots Watford have in their fan base. Idiotic behaviour. Loach didn't have a lot to do. The back four were relatively comfortable. Eustace was fine, the Prince was a bit hit and miss. Yeates and Kightly were both poor today and were very reactive and seemed half asleep. Iwelumo was poor but made to look worse by the two wide boys not anticipating where the ball would be flicked to. Princess looked ok until she decided it was too cold and went off. Beattie looks like he needs a holiday. We looked happy enough with the point which was a shame. I'm sure most would have taken a point before the game but as the game wore on we could have shown a bit more ambition and gone for the points.
