    Indeed it is. According to my brother it's pretty bad. They ban anyone who's a dissenting voice or is critical of the council and moderate according to their own preferences.

    I realise these groups are voluntary and non official but when you become the main source of local knowledge because of critical mass, there's some responsibility there, morally, if not legally.

    So today I was driving out of Morrisons with my 10 year old daughter and we were mooned at by the guy in the tent! I've seen him throw stuff at passing cars, now this, whats next a full on streak round the roundabout? He's not 'harmless' as some people are saying, I have sympathy for genuine homeless people but this is getting ridiculous, why is he still there????!!!!!
