If things go badly you're going to get sacked... you may as well be sacked for your own decisions, not ones made for you. Usually every leader has to be sacked once at least for someone else's mistakes before they sort that out.

Wow, I know bristol city have been poor, but what a wonderful first half of football from us, best of the season.
I think joao has shown why he needs to play every game ahead of troy, and perica, been excellent, good hold up play, link up play, and he was so unlucky not to score after some great footwork. He’s also shown how technically superior he is to troy and gray here as well.

Hughes in CM, Pedro CF, no-one out of position and no place in the team for Deeney and Gray and look at the results. Anyone disagree? Painful it’s taken this long to get to this. Will be even more painful if Xisco reversed this next game....no one needs a rest, they’ve been rotated all season. Let them play.
Does any Watford fan still believe Deeney should be the main man? that he's a talisman, a leader, undroppable? He's yesterday's man. He wanted long ball and 442. This is what we are capable of without him. The players have sent a message to Gino - we are your talismans now not Deeney. Gino must sideline Deeney and let the rest of our players shine bright!!
I’d never expect pure entertainment and wins every game, because that’s not football. BUT when something works and something else doesn’t I’ll be pissed off if from this point on we don’t see the former being used.
Still going for 6 even though we probably now have 10 on the pitch.. Very professional and outstanding performance. Showing we really can excel with the right players in attack.
Oh and last one - because I’m spamming a touch here - but this is a victory for all, so we can hold hands all together and sing songs of love and happiness tonight.
