OK now I'm sure At this point I will confirm i am the last Mason, God knows I dropped enough hints ,this message is from the wolf ,so our linguistic posts are prob the wolf as well . Lynch me if you wish to confirm what I am saying ,happy to die for team Goods Cause ,although I suspect a lot of you know I'm telling the truth.

 

Well it's good to see someobody around here using the mother tounge in their message.

 

Would like to see some hints quoted Oslo.

 

What hints? If you're outing yourself, you might as well say. After all, unless the Alpha took a major stab in the dark and got hella lucky, they worked it out.

Whilst we wait to see if anyone else claims to be that last mason, was there anything you and the other two masons picked up? Obviously you couldn't communicate directly but did you pick up anything via the game?

 

That's because he was at an advantage, he knew for definite 2 other good people - he effectively outed himself as a mason yesterday - I was going to vote for him but changed my vote to Fes. He wasn't lying or Berlin would have challenged him - and no challenge was forthcoming.

So Oslo is good, we know that.

 

I must admit to now being suspicious of Venice and Santiago.

He is the Mason, after Helsinki died Oslo pointed out the mason's symbol - all 3 masons knew each other.

 

Athens is also on my watch list.

 

Well if Oslo is evil, he did a fantastic job for the village by highlighting the Mason symbolism in The Globes write up.

It just doesn't seem realistic that an evil would go out of their way to help team good.

 

Second message going to be very interesting now if Oslo’s bold move is correct, which I think it is.

The sneaky wolf realised they made a mistake with the error around posting early as their trademark. So they've switched to trying to copy the Henry V quotes. But... that was only one part of the way to tell these messages as the true Seer and they didn't have the other. The choice of languages was not random and they've got it wrong. They were going in order of most recent World Cup winners. First message: France (2018). Second message: Germany (2014). So today's quote should've been in Spanish (2010). No wolf could possibly have made this up, so you should know I am the Seer.

On the first day, I viewed Krakow and he was Good. On the second day I viewed Denver and he was also Good. Today I viewed Venice and he is also Good.

It was obvious you were hinting you were a Mason yesterday but I couldn't work out why you felt the need to do that? It just confirmed for Evil that you were one. You weren't under any particular pressure at that point, were you? I believe you, by the way, just don't know why you did it.

 

I felt Oslo had made it pretty clear he is the final mason. There were 3 masons in the last game no? So unless somebody else claims to be a mason, I think I believe Oslo is good and therefore the first message is from the wolf.

Second message clears Venice?

Only problem now is tomorrow we're back to square one as the Seer has stated his method.

 

Yes, but a wolf doesn’t know any more than us, who the wolves are (bar themselves). Agree, though, that a traitor would do so - they know the wolves. Ironically, the player I am most suspicious of doesn’t appear in that list.

The Seer seems quite experienced so should be able to get a message through to us one way or another.

The Guardian also now has an interesting choice to make tonight.

 

This is fitting together a little bit I think if we can get on board with Message 2’s viewing pattern and language selection.

Obviously not going to be applicable anymore mind you...

 

OK the Seer has done a good job with that. Oslo has been named by the wolf as evil and claims to be a mason which now sounds pretty clear he's good as well. Apologies for wanting proof Oslo but I'm not going through every past post just yet.

Now check voting patters for last 2 days and you have your targets to concentrate on.

 

Agreed. We now know for certain which messages are from the seer. Just a shame all their views have been good.

 

Would also just throw it out there that I think there is scope Day 2 Message 1 could be a double bluff.

This would fit with the message pattern of the Seer, and lack of early ‘trademark’ message today.

Absolutely agree with this. I thought it was pretty clear that Oslo “outed” himself as a Mason yesterday. I was surprised the Guardian didn’t choose him as a result - although at least he can save him still I guess.

I was hoping the Seer would view Athens. But Santiago’s response to Oslo was very odd, as I thought it was obvious he had revealed himself as a Mason yesterday - goddamit

 

In fact, just re-reading this and you haven't understood any of what's been going on at all.

 

What happens if the Guardian selects a wolf?

 

Posts are just as key as voting patterns. Yesterday, after Oslo gave strong hints that he was a mason, a few posters started trying to build momentum to get him lynched, including:

Istanbul
Nairobi
Santiago also jumped on the first message today.

I was the second poster, after Berlin, to defend Oslo yesterday and say I thought he was innocent. If you believe Oslo is good, then I'm less of a suspect than those named above.

 

Was midway through responding when The Globe closed the thread. Thought you’d come back to it this morning.

Name yourself as good whilst there are no alternative messages or clear patterns to go on.

If somebody is to claim a message pattern as a trademark they should probably follow through with it. With no such ‘trademark’ message today and a potential seer message pattern now revealed, I think that message was most likely Evil seeking to protect one of their own.

Hence my suspicions.
