Harry Potter Airport m8. You can only land by broomstick or whatever version of them JK Rowling stole from other, better writers.
What is the ******* point??? The Wobby haven't reported anything for years, all they now do is copy stories off the internet. Can you genuinely not see that?
So if Pereyra goes doesn't it just mean we've replaced him with Deulofeu and gotten somewhere between £8m - £12m in the bank for doing so?
No, but I rapel from my private jet, like I learned to do when I was training the SAS. Several respected members of this forum can vouch for my background, but I'm not telling you which ones.
No, not in the past 20 minutes. Of course, when I get back to my 28 room Spanish finca, then Paz Vega will be waiting to clean my dirty.
Totally agree with your sentiments. This guy is a cut above most of our players. He was a Juve midfielder for goodness sake. Having him as an option as someone who can open up defences is not to be underestimated. Last season he was getting to a point where he was more consistent. Would hate it if he left especially if Doucoure is moving on.
Interesting theory - but how would you then explain Kaboul? He appears to be more injury-prone than anyone else in the squad.
Amen. We will be desperately short of guile and creativity without him, even if he's not been consistent.
Even worse than the Observer having no more access than any fan with a rudimentary understanding Google, it's littered with spelling and grammar mistakes. The inflated sense of self of these journalism graduates that think they can make it as a sports writer when basic literacy is beyond them is quite astonishing. That Ron Weasley bloke who left at the end of last season was the worst offender but the current ones aren't much better, there's never any insight and it's always presented in such a boring style. Pay peanuts, get monkeys I suppose...
It is quite dismal in every respect. Ollie Phillips would have shouted at them until they corrected their work,be sure of that. He shouted at me when I was 17 and brought him tea instead of coffee!
this article implies it may only be just talk.... https://www.sportsmole.co.uk/footba...-show-interest-in-roberto-pereyra_329920.html
That link certainly got me thinking about PPI payments. Maybe I am owed something. Possibly quite a lot.
Looking like a more direct approach this season. Fossie to Gray to run behind the defence. Worked for Taylor.
That as may be. And I agree they are always 2 steps behind with their news. But in these days of social media and 24hrs sports news coverage, very little ‘news’ will be broken by local news outlets. Certainly not for a town the size of Watford’s. Since the takeover, the club has been notoriously meagre in letting news get out and the only person who seemed to run his own outlet with insider info was soon snapped up by the club to shut that down. Sadly, we are in the times where all ‘news’ and rumours will come from twitter and it’s up to us individuals to sort the good from the bad.
I accept that they're completely beholden to how much information the club give them on transfers, but that doesn't mean they can't look for interesting angles from which to cover the club. There are some blogs out there that are far better written and more interesting to the average Watford fan than the content on the Observer. And it's criminal to go into a career in journalism without being able to write. The number of times that Ron bloke misused a word because he thought it meant something else was beyond a joke.
The 'Watford Observer' don't have an office in the town as far as I am aware. Most of the local papers are part of a large syndicate with no local journalists. Gone are the days when Oliver Phillips would badger club officials at Vic Road or the training ground. They have the same sources as everyone else but probably less human resources. Still does not excuse rubbish reporting standards.
The building used to be down the Ricky Road, heading towards the roundabout, but that was a life time ago. No idea where they are based now but Herts Mercury, although they seem to have stopped covering WFC,are based in Hertford. Malcolm Vallerius said 'You can't shout at her, she's on work experience'. Phillips said 'Well this is f***ing work'. These days a retraining course would be required no doubt!
Happy days! MV had a peculiar affection for mulligatawny. Not the soup, just the word! Terry Challis was a hoot.If both he and Phillips were in the office there was very little room for anyone else! Enormous men.
That article literally says, or "implies" no different than any of the other articles previously posted.
