The basic premise of this game will be: Each GOOD player will be assigned the name of a Pozzo era Head Coach, Gianfranco Zola, Beppe Sannino etc. Among the good players there will be a seer and a guardian as usual. There may be a martyr There may be a tinker And whoever is allocated as Quique Sanchez Flores gets two lives! On team evil there will be hierarchy names. There will be a traitor. In the case of QSF, the player, if killed off, will miss a day before coming back the day after that. This of course does not apply if the game is over before the return. For all intents and purposes this is a normal werewolf game with a theme. Unlike some of my previous games, there will be no third messages, shootings, poisonings or blood drinking. Like other games it's possible that a full moon or replacement seer would be required if the game is skewed one way or another too quickly. As in previous games, I insist that the wolf must message on the first two days. And for both alpha and seer, messages should arrive before noon. The time of the closing of the "training ground" each day will be on an ad hoc basis. In the early days, somewhere between 6pm and 8pm, but as we approach the endgame then it may be earlier. All active players should contribute at least two messages per day. All rules will be finalised when I have definite numbers at the end of next week.

Roles will be sent out tonight, PM me if you haven't received it before Monday. For all players I assume all of the rules that have played out before are in place. However I am adding a couple of other rules: The Game will start by 9:30am on each working day, starting from Monday 13th November. Game will close at some point between 6pm and 8pm on each day. However if all votes are in early I may close it early. On Tuesday 14th, I will be in a meeting from 10am to 11:30 so I won't be able to answer questions or post anonymous messages. The vast majority of players are experienced, so it would be good to not use experience as a sole reason to sacrifice. There will be 2 anonymous messages on each of the first 2 days, this is to prevent the game from going stale in the beginning, I will require that on days 1 & 2 that all messages are PMed to me before 1pm. + I will timestamp the anonymous messages just in case I'm unavailable to add them to the chat at the time they're sent. The messages would start: Anonymous Message #1 (received at 10:34am) for example. There will be no nonsense from me this time I promise! This is a standard game but with a different theme. The only change is that the player assigned as Quique Sanchez Flores gets two lives. If that player is sacrificed (lynched) or sacked (eaten) then the day after next they can return, provided we're not at the end game. There are some masons on team good, they know who they are. Regarding posting, I require that all participants add at least 2 messages and vote each day, I may be forgiving in extraneous circumstances. For clarification from the outset, the guardian can protect themselves from the sack. I will not reveal how many or which special roles are active in this game, however at the time of death I will post the player's assumed identity, i.e.: player x has been sacrificed, they were "Chris Wilder" for example. For those whose role is to PM me their intentions in the evening, can you do so between village closing and 11pm? This gives me a chance to prepare for the following morning. All votes are final and they can't be changed. Team good wins once the Gino and his minions have been sacrificed. Team Gino wins once their number equals or exceeds the number of coaches. Depending upon how the balance of play is going there may or may not be a promotion upstairs (full moon). If I do choose to implement a full moon, this will be posted in that day's thread loud and clear. A backup seer may be assigned if required. On team evil, Gino and his minions are itching to hand out P45s to the coaches, to placate him you have to sacrifice one player per day.
I know I'm not playing but looks like a decent amount of effort has already gone in to this so good work! Looks like it's going to be a fun game so a shame I'll be too busy but I'll check in in the game when I get time. If we can make sure that by the end Gino and his minions are sacrificed no matter who wins then that would be a fitting finale!
Only just seen the invite ,Thanks Otter it looks a lot of fun . I'm prob to late now anyway , but next couple of weeks at work are going to be hectic so wouldnt be able to give it the time it deserves . Enjoy everyone Otter does a great game.
