Chance for a proper run has been stuffed. Got to aim to be in the top 6 during the WC. Get players fit. Get signings ready for Jan 1st.
Where we slipped up against Coventry and other sides are picking up points around us we would need to beat Reading and Bristol City to have a shout of that. That would make it 5 wins in our last six league games, which is playoff chasing form. Problem is, we never know what Watford side will turn up - and as @hornetboy1 stated previously, wet and cold do not go together with Watford players.
My first cousin once removed is playing the Last Post before the match. I fear this could be an omen.
I remember Reading giving us one of the easiest wins I've ever seen I think in 2015. We were gunning for promotion, they had I think an FACSF 2 days later so rested loads of players. We won 4-1 in a bizarrely uncompetitive match. Tomorrow will be a draw though.
I agree. The lack of pace will hinder his career . As you say, unless he has other outstanding qualities in his game, pace will stall any progress. IMO, a league one, if lucky, league Two or non league career for Pollock.
He did well last year in League 1 in only his second full year as a pro (his first as a proper regular), but it is hard to envisage him being a top Championship level defender without that proverbial extra yard (or ten) of pace
If we use zonal marking it could work. Just stand still on the edge of the box and say that's your zone.
Cathcart and WTE at CB should work as they played when we destroyed Luton. If its Kabasele and WTE it could be a difficult night. Will see who fills in at LB.
Come on! In this day and age there non binary and female posties too. Don't just assume it's a mail dominated field
I even liked the punky song which is well outside my normal range. Great work. What is that Ninja device you have?
