Yes Willis I was there, on a very pleasant evening and a wonderful atmosphere!

Question I would like to ask though is do you remember that Hull should have had a clear penalty given away by Roger Joslyn in the first half at the Vicarage Road End? There was silence at that moment and we thought the ref didn't give it because he would have been lynched. Haha!

I went to the Brentford game too. Didn’t see you there though.

Yes, the atmosphere in the sitting room when I wander in from the garden and turn the telly on will be amazing and the tension when I realise that my wife has mislaid the remote control and she can't remember where will be unbearable

Draw between Brentford and Bournemouth means a draw for us might be enough ?

Draw between the other 2 is best result for us, failing that, Muff win

Either way, we should be looking to win on Saturday and settle it ourselves regardless of what the others do

Would prefer Brentford win, they look a lot less dangerous!

A draw is the best result, takes Bournemouth out of the equation and means we'd only need a point!

Brentford win means we need 3 points, Bournemouth win means we need 2 points, draw means we need 1 point

What I mean is, I don’t think there is any way Brentford will win their remaining games, but Bournemouth genuinely might. So the one point less they have may be moot.

    But let’s just hope it’s a draw.

And the language coming from you when you find the remote control but then find out the game is not on the TV!

I know what you mean and its a fair argument, anyone who had to predict one of the two to win their remaining games would pick Muff every time

Mustve been absolutely amazing!! I was a young kid at the time so I feel very lucky to have seen players like Luther, Ross, Joslyn and Sims playing in the 3rd division.

So many great memories!! We were blessed to be part of that. I feel the club had lost a lot of that spirit, that's why I'm so grateful to the current team for creating an updated version. They just seem to want promotion so badly and are willing to fight so hard to achieve it. It's been an incredible turnaround since the darkest days of Deeneyball v QPR and Coventry. Just need to make sure we get it over the line now.

I assume that means in the calendar year. They lost to Blackburn and then Derby on the bounce at the start of December.

That Watford years video starts 2010 unremarkable town, unremarkable club. Within the next 10 years we had another 5 years in the top flight and reached FA Cup final. Would never have believed that possible when this video came out.

That was the one and only time I got onto the pitch at VR - at the final whistle we all ran on. I picked up a divot of the pitch and took it home with me. No idea what I did with it. I was 15 nearly 16

The celebrations on the pitch when we went up to Div 2 for the first time ever, in 1969, were amazing. Even before the old New Stand had been built!

A team which are almost flawless at home with everything to play for against a mid table team with nothing to play for and who have taken some beatings in recent weeks. Should be only one outcome.

The only precedent suggesting Millwall could get anything from the game is their recent draw at Brentford, but drawing at Brentford doesn't look like a massive achievement as they draw all their home games.

If we play even 80% as well as we did on Tuesday we will batter them about 5-0.

I was on the pitch that day. I thought after that I was too old to ever do it again until Deeney popped up against Leicester. Definitely too old that day!

I had to walk back to North Watford after the game as it was impossible to get onto any buses! As I was only 12, my mother was not too impressed when I got home after 10.30, it being a 7.30 kick-off!

Call yourself a fan? You didn't invade the pitch to protest against Petchey after that awful loss to Grimsby in 1994?

Munoz has just underlined what a bad fit Ivic was. He's done a brilliant job obviously, but Ivic made the task a lot harder than he needed to. He respected the opposition too much and was far too cautious. We still have issues on the road, but we are a much better side under Munoz than we were under Ivic.

We had one of the best, if not the best squads in this league. We should be promoted, all being equal. The run under Munoz is a lengthy one and we've played all clubs under him. Conveniently he's been in charge for 23 games, half a season, and he picked up 51 points. P 23 W 16 D 3 L 4 F 39 A 13 Pts 51 Gd +26 CS 13. Quite easy to see, he would have not only promoted us, but we would have been Champions. No reason to think the form we've had under him would dramatically change. Our final league record could have been something like this. P 46 W 32 D 6 L 8 F 78 A 26 Pts 102 Gd +52 CS 26. That would have been stunning.

I got to see us bore our way to a 1-0 loss to Cardiff at home under Ivic.

People even clapped at the end.. I couldn’t believe it. It was a disgusting performance altogether and at that point I lost all faith in Ivic and that was the only game I saw live under his management!

My sort of luck though to see us lose our first ever home game of the season, so its probably just as well I was not given another opportunity to go
