Watford Best International Xi With A Twist

Put together your best ever Watford XI with these rules….

1) Only one player from any country - has to be the country they played for or most associated with if not an international. EG you can only have one Jamaican so once you pick Andre you can’t pick another one.

2) Choose a formation that works for your team - but must be a recognised one. So not 0-10-0

3) Select your players based on their performances for Watford only. Not what they have done elsewhere.

4) Name the country next to the player selected

Almost picked Bruce Dyer, who played one game for Montserrat against a non-league team, didn't know if that counted, but since I only vaguely remember him, it goes against the spirit of this! What really hit home while thinking of this was how many great players we've had connected to Jamaica, I was determined not to pick Gray as a result!

This is actually really hard - so many players get excluded because someone else of the same nationality is better, particularly from the GT era (when most of the team were English).
