I think Vydra has a lot to offer. I think he be better in a side that move the ball quickly through midfield. He always moves the ball on quickly, but intelligently and as Deeney recently stated, was the best finisher at the club by a mile.

Oh well, it's done now......so we have to move on.

I can understand selling for 12.5 million if he wasn't contending for a starting spot. That's a pretty big wedge for a fringe player, and it's better for Vydra too.

I love Vydra, but if Derby have paid that much they are mugs. We are paying fees like that for first team PL players, they're buying our rejects for the same amount.

Since the Pozzos came we've endured lots of comments about how the club isn't 'ours' anymore. But the players they bought who are now leaving have been adored as much as our players from any other era. A success then and who would want it another way, for players we loved to leave when we are sick of them.

Together with the loan fee from Reading we've received a total of £15M for Matty (so far). I think Udi signed him for £2.5M originally so a great bit of business for The Pozzos you've got to say. And in-between he helped us reach The Prem.
