Apparently we're interested in signing Mannone from Sunderland

Makes some sense as he would be a home grown player and a fair bench option.

 

Worse than Pants but HG. Only reason we'd go for him is that he's HG but he'd be no better than Arlauskis.

 

Spend a bit more ffs and get Pickford

 

I don't see Mannone as our next no. 1. I'd love to get Pickford, but he'll have better options - Everton or Liverpool I'd think./

 

I can't imagine the club do either.

 

If we can replace HG with a younger HG I'd be happy.

 

He's better than Arklauskis. So am I. So are you. Moog isn't.

 

It could be said that Heurelho Gomes is HG.

However after a year in Italy he does qualify for torino as an Italian U21.

 

Mannone would fine as a HG 3rd choice keeper in place of Arklasaurus & the rather pointless Gilmartin. We also need a 2nd choice keeper who can genuinely push Gomes for 1st choice.
