No way - he is so slow - career has stagnated he isn't mobile enough for the prem in my opinion

 

Behrami out and a English HG version in? Why not?

He's been captain before as well so obviously is a leader, which we could do with.

 

I would happily be proved wrong - my feeling is he could be more frustrating than Capoue

 

Could be worth a shout as a squad player to make up our HG contingent?

 

Please God, NO. He is absolutely hopeless these days. The only difference between him and Britos is the fact that he would understand the words of abuse that is thrown at him

 

Why not, not expecting him to be the next superstar fans favourite but he would provide something off the bench a decent hg squad player.

Personally I think we should be aiming higher than huddlestone even as a squad player - if he was 5 years younger then maybe but only maybe as I think he's overrated

 

Nah. There's a load of Thor and Avengers movies coming out next few years. He's going to be busy filming and promoting them.

 

One thing I will say about Huddlestone, probably the purest striker of a ball I've seen since Cally.

 

I think the other main difference would be one is a centre back and one is a central midfielder...

maybe we're trying to make use of the HG slots next seasons. Unfortunately good-quality HG players go for about double their real value, if not more, and Gino hates paying over the odds. Someone like Huddlestone would be useful if we have another injury crisis & run out of players again.

Squad player and a leader which we are obviously in need of, worth a two year deal.

 

I think we should be aiming for a much higher calibre of player than huddlestone English or not

 

To be honest that was what I thought when we brought in Watson, and he turned out OK so I will leave my judgement on this one until we do/don't buy him.

 

He's 5h1t, fat & slow. He's better than Capoue
