Gav should not walk back into the team he should sprint. Seriously though if Aidy does pick him then he is Captain. Jordan is doing a great job as stand-in Captain and as a member of the team - arguably our most improved player this season. But let's not upset the applecart mid-season. If any changes of this type should be made it shouldn't be now imo.
Mahon shouldn't be allowed to walk straight back in! He should work for his place, we've won 2 in a row now without him, perhaps it's because Young has left giving other players a bigger role, perhaps it's Mahon being dropped, Perhaps it's stewart being captain etc, either way, leave it as it is tilll Bolton and we'll see what happens from there onwards....
I'd say that mahon is the better captain, yet the 2 times JS has been captain we've won. Its a hard choice- i'd give it to JS until Mahon is fully fit, and see what Jordan can do, then when Mahon rejoins the team, he should be captain.

Gav if he's fit and on form should play and be captain. Captain isn't just a role on the pitch. What is for certain is that JS has done his reputation the world of good over the last 2 weeks. Maybe captaincy should rotate round all the players on a fortnightly basis?;D
stewart for me and if not stewart, than i dont see why mackay cannot be it when he plays. hes the only player i can hear shouting over the fans singing when watford are playing.
i cant votre for neither he shouldnt walk back in the team, but should be captain if he plays, as above captain is a role off the pitch too.
Mahon is our captain, and when he is in the side he is the captain. Although well done Stewart for stepping up when needed.
