Watford are watching Newcastle goalkeeper Steve Harper after he once again made way for the fit-again Shay Given.(The People) Would be good signing IMO (if we get him)
I think we have been 'watching' Steve Harper on and off for about 5 years now under one manager or another. Load of old cobnuts.
Harper isn' that bad a keeper I feel, when he does make mistakes I feel that they are generally down to a lack of activity, i.e he waits for Given to get injured for years on end. However, too old, and probably on the region of 15-20k a week.
