There was a rumour back in early Jan that we were after him, although obviously it didn't happen. That could be where the Sun story comes from. Maybe Gino will crank up the offers in the summer.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see him at Watford but he's played almost 1000 minutes of Football this season for Roma and started last night - I imagine he'd want European football wherever he ends up.

 

Hardly playing? He's started half their league games this season and been bought off the bench in the other half, hasn't played any minutes in only 3 league games this season....

 

Roma are our feeder club, so I can see this happening.
