Appears the Spuds will not bee offering them a player swap plus money deal as I suspected because Wayne Routledge is actually at Fulham on loan till the end of this season? "Tottenham are favourites to sign Watford winger Ashley Young - but the deal will not involve Wayne Routledge going the other way" (Daily Mirror...oh well its probably crap then!)
It would have to be a deal at the end of the season if it were true? Since it probably isn't then we don't have too much to worry about.
I read somewhere they can bring him can at any point in time so that shouldn't be any issue. Maybe they've just had enough - thought the price was getting too steep.
