    I also vote for Spiny normans hideout for any other section - perhaps the now defunct bears cave. Whats the deal with PYA did he go to prison or something?

    Why? Both men are businessmen protecting their own interests so much as anything. The fact that their interests coincide with ours is helpful but that won't always be the case.
