Why are we selling him?!!?!?!

He wad good for a short period a few years ago!!!!!

Cant wait to follow his progress all of next season and slag off the Pozzos every time he completes a pass in League 1

He was never going to be good enough from the moment the Pozzos waked through the door. I'm amazed he lasted here as long as he did.

 

He'd walk into our team

 

I disagree, in 2012 when the Pozzo's took over he was seen as the best/most promising of the academy that were coming through. Justly so, he was offered a 5 year contract. Then the injuries came and he lost out on the most important time of his career development wise.

 

Can't believe he's still only 22

 

Official. Can't believe it's taken him this long to sort out a move, but good luck to him!

 

Good for him, hopefully he can climb his way back up the ladder

 

Will always remember when I first saw him play for us in the league cup against spurs and he gave them a really tough time for 60 minutes. i thought we had a real gem there. he progressed well but under the pozzos i think injuries and increased competition really made things tough for him. he desperately needs a fresh start.

His purple patch was a significant reason we avoid relegation to League 1, hope he develops a good career. Playing regularly is vital and there wasn't prospect of that for him at Watford.

 

A good move for him at his age, I reckon if he is injury free he'll be back in the Championship within 2 years and then if he rediscovers the form that he showed when he first played who knows how far he could go.

He just came on for his debut. 5 Mins later he gives away a penalty. Poor Sean.

 

He's certainly not poor after the last few years with us.

Good move for Sean Murray hopefully he can get his career back on track now and start playing some games without any injuries. I am disappointed that he didn't really make it into the player I thought he would at Watford but he is unbelievably only 22 and I hope he has a great career and gets a senior call up for Ireland one day, as an Ireland fan I was always sure Sean was one for the future and I often told my friends to look out for him in the futire, feel a bit of a prat now.

 

His Swindon career has certainly got off to a poor start. I hope it gets better from here as I'd like to see him succeed.

 

He had a goal disallowed and claimed an assist for Swindons goal as well as giving the ball away for a oppositions goal, quite an eventful game for him

Makes sense as contract at Swindon was only until the end of this season whereas has joined the U's until the end of the 2017-18 season
