Lyon fans like him, think it would be a loss. One guy on there who is obviously not a Lyon fan thinks it funny that they are signing 'that goat' Morel and losing one if their best players. Another finds it odd that he should prefer coming to England to playing Champions League with OL. It also seems he never stays more than 2 years in one club.

 

It mentions in OP that he has always wanted to playing England and at the age of 30, prob sees it as his last chance.

Not sure we want a back up to Pudil. Was Pudil good enough last year Big Ross no so surely we need Pudil as a backup and bring in someone in front

But couldnt agree more with youabout Pudil though.

Love the guy but with Layun s natural position being LB/LWB I cant really see a place for Pudil and he probably will be sold to a half decent Championship team which is probably his level.

Now this really would be a high quality signing.
If we are aiming to do more than simply survive in the Prem, this is the calibre of player we should be going for.
Flamini is another example of the sort of player we should be going for.
