Great for entertaining, plus adds value if he wants to sell and move to a bigger Tardis further on down the line.

 

Getting planning permission for work on a listed Tardis can be a bit of nightmare though

 

I've been inside the Tardis and it is no bigger than ordinary phone box. Fact.

 

No problem, you just go back to a time when that Tardis was a new build and go for planning then.

 

With new builds The Doctor would have to deal with a proportion of the build being made available for fair priced homes, which means he might have a load of student nurses living in one section...which would have its pluses.
