That guy is a businessman and owns a club called Ifeanyi Ubah FC. Ighalo is probably opening an academy with them or something that has nothing to do with Watford.

Ighalo is probably going to be appointed player manager of this iffy club!

    That's just his holiday home!

He doesn't need a holiday home, he could camp inside that huge shirt.

Perfectly happy to see it rejected, but does rather fly in the face of Pozzo experts who claimed we'd buy cheap and sell on at a good price. We will never get a better bid than this.

Are transfers not usually payed in installments over a long period of time? Perhaps Gino is sceptical of the Chinese football bubble and doesn't want to risk not seeing the full amount.

£38M is still peanuts if it gets us relegated. I don't think Gino will sell his key players, period. There's too much at stake & he doesn't need to risk it.

Anyway, this story be just more made-up click-bait

More importantly this is a huge sign to Leicester that if we can turn down that kind of money for Ighalo then we will certainly turn down anything they bid for Troy. I'm assuming they're not going to go £40m+ for Deeney...

Troy's worth two Ighalos so I hope we would turn down £76m for Troy.

£38 million is insane.. Would've taken it.

Love Igahlo, great player, could easily score 20 goals next year too but with Success, Perandana, Deeney, Vydra & £38 million I think he's replaceable.

Vydra is crap and likely won't be here next season and as much as I have high hopes for Success and Penaranda selling Ighalo, even for £38m, would be a huge risk.

Not quite crap is he? And would fancy him to contribute good general / link up play. Then let's say he scores 7/8 goals, if more players contribute from other areas of the pitch, we'd be alright.

I don't think Ighalo is seen as a key player .

If Ighalo wanted to go to China he would have been sold for half of that £38 mill

He's not "crap", no, maybe a tad harsh, but he is another player we have well and truly left behind and I'd be amazed if he made any further impact here now.

In reality he had one very good half season with us, followed by a complete flop of a season at this level, followed by a decent season back with us at Championship level, and then a pretty terrible season at that level again the season passed. He's simply not become the player we hoped he might 3/4 years ago.

Even with our new found wealth we should grab the money offered by the Chinese and run for the hills! Iggy is much more easily replaced than Troy, and sadly I don't think he is going to regain his MOJO, I would rather place our faith in Vydra, who I believe will flourish again alongside TD, alternatively one of our youngsters or a new experienced recruit or two that that sort of cash would easily buy!

We should cash in on Iggy!

Toooo risky. Maybe 3 years up front, but I would not trust that money would show up on time over 5 years.
