Neighbours

Anybody else notice the cheeky little switch between neighbours and doctors this lunchtime?

Thanks to that i'll now be able to watch it twice on mondays. Well played BBC.

 

Yes i was baffled by the switch when they mentioned it after doctors on Friday, seems rather pointless but it makes little difference to me.

And regarding the switch. I was sick on monday and stayed home. I think I'll turn on my TV to watch the first showing of neighbours, instead I find some dross about a naked rambler getting a rash. I stayed with it. The BBC made me DOUBLE my daytime TV watching,well done to them.

 

I haven't watched Neighbours for days. Who's Kirsten?

 

And I've just realised I'm 5th in the poster charts. A feat of which I am pleased

 

Some ugly bird trying to steal the Mickster off Ned. I dislike her, especially if she takes Micky away and Janae leaves out fo guilt, which would be the worst thing to happen since the disappearence of Connor

 

Due to the switch, i 've now seen doctors everyday except tuesday, and if im honest, it's a nice build up to neighbours. Good work by the BBC. However, i can't help but think it's just a ploy by the BBC to try and get those who watch neighbours into Doctors before the switch to channel 5.

Oh, and i'd bang the dodo out of Kirsten. Good showing of cleavage from Jenae today, well played neighbours once again.

It's a crying shame, but life goes on. She'll be replaced no doubt. Hopefully Rachel will come back into form soon because she's got the potential for anything from stolen sex tapes to opening a tapas bar on ramsay street.

 

Bring back Emma Harrison and Kimberley Davies.

Y&P how can you claim Kirsten is "ugly" :dismay: She's superb and i bet she's filthy.

 

She's not ugly, but there's something indistinguishable about her that just doesn't attract me... which is quite odd for me, someone with very low standards

 

I too can't stand Kirsten, I understand though that she is not in it for much longer.

Shame about Janae, hopefully we will get to see more of her once she comes over here and starts a singing career. Time for Rachael to stand up and be counted.

i don't know whether to give out of the blue a chance. bbcmust be confident, but neighbours is sooo good! i guess i could watch both but i'd feel all dirty

 

This is not the 'Out of the Blue' thread! To me it sounds like the programme 'Malibu, CA' that used to be on Trouble

 

If it's got some poontang i'll be satisfied. Especially as my house is unable to pick up channel 5 so neighbours could well be out of my life in 2008.

 

All I can think of when I hear foreign BBC programmes is Eldorado.

I only ever watch Neighbours via Sky+ so a switch to five wont make any difference to me.

 

luke when the digital switchover happens, will you then get it?

i dont really understand how this digital switchover is going to work exactly, are they going to be changing arials among other things to make sure everyone gets the channels, and does everyone have to have a digital ready tv?

 

all you need is a digital box. you don't need special tvs or areals

 

Well i purchased a freeview box some weeks ago but when it couldn't receive any channels i thought it wise to send that bad boy back to the shop and spend the money on chinese food. Because unlike Dizzee to the Rascal i do get cravings for chinese food.

Perhaps when the full switch over happens my area will finally be able to receive digital signal, but i'm not holding out much hope.

Why has Declan become a bad boy again for no reason?

 

He hasn't, he is simply invoking the law that for kids 'love=hate'. He fancies Didge, as the Killers would say 'for reasons unknown', and therefore is picking on her.

 

I was thinking more about the joyriding thing. If I was his age, I too would be happy with her. You can see that in about two years time she will be hot as hell, in a similar way that Sky was. I just hope she does not turn ultra weird like her again afterwards.

 

Joyriding? These late nights must have caught up with me, I can remember no such thing, despite seeing every Neigbhours since about July 06

After a few weeks out of form, Rachel was looking pretty damn fine in yesterdays episode. She's back in business and i for one, am rather pleased.

 

I was never aware she ever went out of business.

My Sky+ is now redundant for a fortnight.
