Has Edwards actually specifically stated that he will be setting us up week, week out with wing backs and that there's absolutely no chance of using or even switching to any other system, or is this just an assumption being made based on his Forest Green side and nothing else?

 

As has been discussed in the Rob Edwards thread - in the training ground YouTube vid the club put up, while Edwards is telling the players he wants them to get familiar early with how we'll play this season the screen behind him shows them lined up only in versions of a 352.

 

Fair enough. Would be foolish not to have a plan B though and not sure I buy the idea we couldn't possibly buy someone who is more of an out and out winger. 3-5-2 could quite easily evolve into a 3-4-3 at some point.

 

He played 343 towards the latter part of games at FGR

 

We are very much in the red, significantly moreso than Boro, so surely he comes to us then ?
